Day 3: Madrid to Seville - Journey to Seville. - Explore: Plaza de España, Metropol Parasol, Alcázar of Seville. - Overnight stay in Seville. Day 4: Seville to Granada - Journey to Granada. - Discover: Alhambra Palace, Sacromonte Caves. - Overnight stay in Granada. Day 5: Granada to Barcelona - Journey to Barcelona. - Visit: Las Ramblas, Magic Fountain, Park Güell. - Overnight stay in Barcelona. Day 6: Barcelona Exploration - Visit: La Sagrada Familia, Barceloneta Beach, Casa Batlló. - Overnight stay in Barcelona. Inclusive Pricing: Flights included; no hidden charges. For land-only options, contact via form. 3. Additional Expenses: Extra budget of 700–800 euros per person for an 8-day tour. 4. Visa & Health: Visa fee (~10k) and health insurance (up to 2k, varies by age) are not included. Visas available on request at extra cost. 5. Transfers & Accommodation: Travel by bus, train, walk, or ferry. Shared room (3-4 per room) in 3/4-star hotels; special rooms extra (subject to availability). 6. Booking: Must be reserved 2 months prior; 7. Meals: Breakfast, dinner, and snacks included. 8. Infants up to 2 years pay 20% of the adult fare, children aged 2-12 pay 60%, and children above 12 are charged full fare.
Terms & Conditions
General Terms and Conditions 1. Booking and Payment: - Reservation: A booking is confirmed upon receipt of a signed booking form and a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total tour cost. - Final Payment: The remaining balance must be paid no later than 60 days prior to the tour departure date. For bookings made within 60 days of departure, full payment is required at the time of booking. 2. Cancellation Policy: We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be traveler-friendly: • More than 45 days before departure: No cancellation charges. • 45 to 30 days before departure: 10% of the tour/service cost. • 29 to 15 days before departure: 25% of the tour/service cost. • 14 to 7 days before departure: 50% of the tour/service cost. • Less than 7 days before departure or no-show: 75% of the tour/service cost. All cancellations must be communicated in writing. The effective date of cancellation is when we receive your written notice. 3. Alteration by the Company: Hop N Pop Tourism reserves the right to make minor changes to the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions, political situations, or other events beyond our control. In such cases, we will provide suitable alternatives of equal or higher value. 4. Passport and Visas: Travelers are responsible for ensuring that they possess valid passports and obtain the necessary visas prior to departure. Hop N Pop Tourism can provide assistance with visa applications upon request but assumes no responsibility for the issuance or denial of visas. 5. Health and Conduct: Travelers are expected to be in good health and possess the physical ability to undertake the tour. Any medical conditions or dietary requirements must be communicated to the company at the time of booking. Hop N Pop Tourism reserves the right to decline or remove any traveler whose conduct is deemed detrimental to the group or the tour. 6. Liability: Hop N Pop Tourism acts solely as an intermediary between travelers and service providers (e.g., hotels, transport operators). We are not liable for any injury, loss, damage, delay, or irregularity arising from services provided by third parties. 7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra. By booking a tour with Hop N Pop Tourism, travellers acknowledge T&C mentioned above.
